Edwardian Diamond Cocktail Ring

This utterly stunning Edwardian diamond plaque ring, to the centre an old European-cut diamond estimated to weigh 0.75 carats, symmetrically surrounded by smaller brilliant transition cut diamonds in a framework that allows the daylight to flood through. The outer halo diamonds are all individually pivot set to form a star formation representing eternal love and devotion. The total carat weight is assessed to be in excess of 2.65cts. All bespoke mounted in an open gallery and shank made from 950 platinum and exquisitely made circa 1905. This gorgeous ring is emblematic of Edwardian elegance and femininity. This ring features an openwork platinum plaque, set throughout with glinting diamonds and surrounding cut diamonds that scintillate beautifully. This impressive and eye-catching ring would make a romantic and unique engagement ring, or a spectacular dress ring worn with a cocktail ensemble.
